together.Committee Chairs should forward flyers to Patti Conn or June Keeley for Dr. Turyna's approval by Monday for printing in that Friday's packet. For questions or more information regarding this packet or procedures, call
June Keeley at 665-1262.

PTA MEMBER BENEFIT: The Kidz-IDz School ID Card Program enables all students attending PTA-affiliated schools to get a hard plastic School ID Card - for free! * student's first initial & last name
* student's date of birth, height, & weight

STUDENT SAFETY: Please keep Seneca a ROLLING DROP ZONE by adhering to the following guidelines:

  • Do NOT leave your vehicle unattended during morning drop off or afternoon pick up time.
  • Pull forward as far as possible, then unload/load your child(ren).
  • KEEP MOVING - after unloading/loading, move on so that another vehicle may pull in behind you.

If you need to walk your child to the door or would like to wait & watch them enter the building, please park on Blackhawk or Tomahawk Drs.

ACCESSING BUILDING AFTER HOURS For the safety of all of our students and in accordance with District policy, it is imperative that all parents & visitors enter through the Front Entrance and sign in with the office staff before entering the building. The doorbell at Door #10 (at the rear of the building) should only be used before or after hours by parents picking up BASP children. Scout parents must wait outside Door #10 for the Scout leaders to bring the children out & release them after meetings. Thank you for your cooperation with this.
